![]() ![]() My SBE has a factory dip and has been thru hell and not a bit of the finish has even started to come off. Has anyone else had an aftermarked dip applied to their gun? Who did it and how has it held up for you? I just needed to Rant because I am getting very P!$$*d off here about now and have sent 2 messages to their customer service department. Then after further inspection I found that the finish is now flaking off the end of the barrel and the receiver but the stock and forend look fine. This time it looks like they tried to sand down the trigger guard and partially painted it gloss black on what was originally a Matte finished gun. Well today they called me again so I jumped into the truck to pick it up. very unhappy with the situation I had them send it in again for a new trigger guard and a non flaking finish. When they handed it to me I noticed that the trigger guard was badly damaged as if gripped by vicegrips and the paint was flaking off both the stock and forend. So very excitedly I drive the 30mi to Ganders to pick it up. About 12 weeks later they call me and say it is ready.
